Job Title: Demand Generation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Specialist to join our team at Maino.ai. The ideal candidate will have experience in running high-impact campaigns targeting US-based prospects, building and managing lead pipelines, and working closely with leadership to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize B2B email campaigns to generate qualified leads and demand.
  • Create, manage, and iterate HubSpot sequences tailored for different audience segments.
  • Manage cold outreach campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn, ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing B2B email campaigns to generate qualified leads and demand. This includes creating and managing HubSpot sequences tailored for different audience segments and managing cold outreach campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn.

Lead Generation & Management

The Demand Generation Specialist will research, build, and enrich lead databases using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc. They will also maintain clean, organized, and actionable CRM data in HubSpot, segment and prioritize leads for targeted outreach based on ICP criteria.

Sales Enablement Support

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Martech to execute sales sequences and improve conversion rates. They will assist in creating outbound messaging frameworks aligned with sales goals and support cold calling efforts, understanding sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, SPIN, Challenger) and contributing to call strategies.

Reporting & Insights

The Demand Generation Specialist will track campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, reply rates, SQL conversions) and optimize accordingly. They will provide weekly updates on campaign performance and pipeline health.
