Global Testing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing testing within large-scale, client-facing transformation programs.
The Senior Leader will play a pivotal role in overseeing strategy, planning, execution, and governance of end-to-end platform testing during implementations.
- Work with Implementation leads to manage global client onboarding programs to the platform.
- Represent the organization in client engagements, setting testing expectations and guiding delivery.
- Manage resource allocation and change management for the testing team.
- Provide strategic thought leadership and contribute to the implementation delivery model.
- Oversee a global team of functional and automation testers.
- Drive adoption of best practices and testing standards across workflows and data models.
- Develop and deliver internal and client-facing documentation (e.g., proposals, playbooks, test plans).
- Lead planning and execution of testing activities, reporting progress to senior leadership.
The successful candidate must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and understand portfolio management and financial servicing including portfolio construction, trading, compliance, and risk across all major asset classes.
This position will have interaction with and exposure to high-level executive management within organizations.
