About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at Arting Digital Private Limited as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Source and select high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who align with our company culture and requirements
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
  • Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and generate reports as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and applicant tracking systems
