GenAI Architect

This is a pivotal role that demands expertise in the realm of Generative AI Architecture, driving innovation and transformation within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with 15-18 years of experience in enterprise-scale AI solutions, boasting deep expertise in fine-tuning foundational models.

We are seeking a seasoned professional who can leverage their extensive knowledge of GCP to design and deploy scalable, innovative GenAI applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies.

  • Solution Architecture: Develop strategic plans for GenAI solutions, incorporating LLMs and advanced conversational AI frameworks.
  • Model Development: Refine LLMs and SLMs through techniques like PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA, tailored to domain-specific use cases.
  • GCP Expertise:
  • Design and implement AI solutions on GCP services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, AI Platform, and Cloud Functions, ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
  • Coding and Development: Craft clean, maintainable Python code for GenAI applications, focusing on scalability and efficiency.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling them to influence cross-functional teams and drive innovation.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
  • 15-18 years of experience in software architecture and AI/ML systems.
  • Expert-level experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI workloads across cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with MLOps platforms and workflows (MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
