This role requires an experienced professional to oversee the creation of work orders for sub-assemblies and finished goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for fulfilling customer commitments without delays, monitoring achievement rates against plans, and conducting daily meetings with cross-functional teams to identify and address losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work order creation execution for all sub-assemblies and finished goods
- Follow-up with warehouses for kitting activities
- ECO implementation for all sub-assemblies
- Material Obsolescence (MO) Aging tracking and execution
- Maintain First Article Test Plan (FATP) Work-In-Progress (WIP) on a healthy level
- Fulfill customer commitments without delays
- Monitor achievement rates against plans
- Conduct daily meetings with CFT teams to understand reasons for losses and address them to the right Director Responsible Individual (DRI)
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in production planning and control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
