Business Operations Product Owner Scrum Master

As a Product Owner Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the development of product features for SAP S/4HANA.
- The role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to work with a highly engaged team and contribute to business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a highly engaged team to develop product features for SAP S/4HANA.
- Organize a Scrum Team with a strong focus on customer success in a global environment.
- Develop and maintain the scope, timelines, and respective progress for increments.
- Define the WHEN of delivery and the overall roadmap for increments.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any discipline or comparable field.
- SAP knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
- Working experience in SAFe methodology is preferred but certification is not mandatory.
- (3+ years) experience as ERP Product Owner, Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager working in Scrum agile or SAFe agile methodology.
- Functional understanding of Business processes, e.g., Finance/Accounting, controlling, logistics and/or reporting.
- Experience in leading function-oriented project groups (incl. agile project structures) on an international level.
- Fluent English skills are required, both written and spoken.
