Job Title: Data Analyst

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis and machine learning. They should be proficient in Python, SQL, and other programming languages.

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience building, deploying, and evaluating Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and General Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) systems.
  • Knowledge of ML system design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Software engineering best practices, including testing, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and version control.
  • Familiarity with cloud systems, particularly Azure.
  • Understanding of mathematical optimizers and their applications in ML.

Must-Haves:

  • Experience collaborating with data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, data managers, and business partners.
  • Ability to build scalable, reusable, and impactful data science products incorporating statistical or machine learning algorithms.
  • Skills in carrying out data analyses to yield actionable business insights.
  • Hands-on experience designing, planning, prototyping, productionizing, maintaining, and documenting reliable and scalable data science products in complex environments.
  • A thorough understanding of the underlying mathematical foundations of statistics and machine learning.
  • Development experience in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++).
  • Advanced SQL knowledge.
  • Knowledge of experimental design and analysis.
  • A customer-centric mindset focusing on value delivery, swift execution, and attention to detail.
