Job Overview

The AI Product Engineer plays a pivotal role in harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to drive business innovation and efficiency.

This senior-level position is responsible for leading the development and integration of cost-effective AI systems, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents to optimize business operations, automate workflows, and improve customer support processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • - Design and implement AI-based self-serve tools to reduce operational dependencies and enhance team productivity.

  • - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI-driven automation into products, customer support, and internal operations, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and scalability needs.

  • - Develop and lead evaluation frameworks for AI systems, driving experiments to optimize performance and minimize software development costs.

  • - Rapidly prototype with AI tools, iterating from proof-of-concept (POC) to full-scale production deployment, aiming to maximize ROI.

  • - Assist in developing AI roadmaps and strategies to drive innovation and long-term efficiency, establishing best practices for AI governance and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements :

  • - Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI development.

  • - Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS / GCP / Azure.

  • - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization.

  • - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

  • - Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.

  • - B. S. or M. S. in Computer Science or 6+ years of software development experience.
