Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

As a seasoned professional in quality assurance, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing and implementing quality processes to ensure products meet specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.

  • You will design and develop automated test cases using tools like Playwright, Selenium, and SoapUI to create customer experiences that delight our customers.
  • You will develop and maintain functional test cases, System & Integration Test cases, and test artifacts used in SDLC, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • You will execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionalities, code quality, and report test results following formal test architectures and project processes.
  • You will track metrics such as velocity, code quality, and defect density across all phases, reporting to management and driving data-driven decisions.
  • You will document testing results, including expected behavior, actual behavior, and detailed steps to reproduce any defects.
  • You will provide quality sign-off to project teams and execute testing duties as assigned, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field is required.
  • 3+ years of application testing experience, preferably in Agile environments.
  • Experience with use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management, along with working knowledge of SQL and relational database models.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passionate about building amazing products and driven to deliver high-quality results.
