This role focuses on producing dynamic, attention-grabbing motion content that seamlessly blends storytelling with sharp design principles.
You should be proficient in:
- Crafting animations, reels, and short videos that capture viewers' attention
- Editing crisp, long-form and short-form video content with smooth transitions and strong narrative flow
- Developing a consistent motion branding style that feels fresh yet recognizable
- Translating product features or campaign ideas into motion-first stories
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and deliver creative ideas efficiently
We value tools like Davinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop, Figma, and AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Kling AI, Gemini - along with the ability to prompt creatively to generate assets.
We're looking for someone with:
- 1-2+ years of experience in motion graphics and video editing (strong portfolio/reel > years worked)
- A natural instinct for storytelling and pacing in video content
- Solid grasp of design principles: typography, color, spacing, and composition
- Ownership mindset with clear communication skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A strong portfolio or reel is mandatory, we want to see your creativity in action
