As a seasoned data engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge data architectures that propel our business forward.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in crafting scalable data systems using leading technologies such as Azure/AWS Databricks. A strong foundation in programming languages like Python, Scala, Spark, and Pyspark is also essential for success in this position.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal system performance.

Maintenance and optimization of complex data pipelines using HIVE, HBase, Impala, and Parquet are key responsibilities of this role. Ensuring data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation is also paramount.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on architecture and design.
  • Expertise in Azure/AWS Databricks, Python, Scala, Spark, and Pyspark, as well as HIVE, HBase, Impala, and Parquet.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and RDBMS concepts.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins/Bamboo and version control systems like Github/Bitbucket.
  • Knowledge of Delta Live Tables (DLT) is an added advantage.
