About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Data Engineer to design and implement scalable, high-performance data solutions.

This role requires a deep understanding of Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks, as well as strong experience with query profiling, data pipeline orchestration, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate will also possess a solid foundation in Python, PySpark or Snowpark, and data integration tools such as ADF, AWS Glue, or DBT.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing data pipelines using Snowflake, leveraging Query Profiling and execution metrics for performance tuning and optimization, developing and maintaining transformation logic using PySpark or Snowpark, integrated with Python, and integrating data from multiple sources using ADF, AWS Glue, or DBT.

Mandatory skills include hands-on experience with Snowpipe for automated data ingestion, strong understanding of Streams & Tasks for data change capture and orchestration, expertise in Query Profiling and Snowflake performance tuning, and proficiency in Python, and either PySpark or Snowpark.

Bonus points for experience with CI/CD practices for data workflows, familiarity with data lakehouse or data mesh architecture, and exposure to real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.
