As a seasoned application performance expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our applications.\/p>Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Performance Monitoring: Utilize Dynatrace setup and configuration to monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve user issues through root cause analysis, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.
  • Error Handling: Analyze and optimize application code with respect to error handling and alerting, minimizing errors and improving overall system reliability.
  • Incident Management: Integrate Dynatrace alerts in incident management tooling to ensure timely and effective resolution of critical issues.
  • Synthetic Monitoring: Leverage strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Liaison Role: Collaborate with application and platform teams to drive continuous improvement and optimization of our applications.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in operational application management, with expertise in Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Skills: Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks, with ability to analyze and optimize application code.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL practices and principles, with experience in ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
