Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing engineering activities within their technical area of expertise to ensure technical quality for overall site/project objectives.

This includes maintenance, calibration, and commissioning activities at site level, as well as supervising plant engineering teams providing technical assistance and ensuring the best possible maintenance, repair, and modifications.

A key aspect of this role is the execution of design execution and hand-over projects within cost, time schedule, quality, and functionality within technical area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance:

  • Comply with industrial standards and GMP guidelines.

Maintenance Planning:

  • Implement preventive maintenance plans in shutdown intervals according to the schedule maintenance plan and planned corrective repairs to equipment problems.

Project Participation:

  • Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects and execute infrastructure/civil work tasks in the production plant.

Team Leadership:

  • Coach and motivate new team members, responsible for personal and professional development.

Tech Solutions:

  • Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions according to compliance standards and HSE regulations.

Permits and Documentation:

  • Get permits for maintenance/calibration/projects, update CMMS after completion, and document calibration.
