Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

This role is responsible for providing high-quality statutory financial reporting and supporting business partners in various regions. The goal is to ensure seamless service delivery in a consistent and standardized manner.
Main Responsibilities:- Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Statutory US & Local GAAPs (IFRS), HFM, Consolidation.
- Financial Knowledge: Understanding of US GAAP / IFRS and international auditing standards.
- Tax Structure: Experience with international tax structures and the translation of these structures to financial statements.
- Accounting Standards: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Accounting Standards and Regulations impacting the company.
- Reporting: Lead & prepare various schedules required for internal and external reporting on a GAAP, statutory reporting basis, financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and footnote schedules.
- Process Improvement: Proactively seek areas to improve both the Statutory Reporting process and related internal processes.
- Liaison: Liaise with auditors and internal teams as appropriate to ensure all local GAAP requirements are fulfilled.
- Financial Planning: Plan and Prepare Financial Statements.
- Global Markets: Coordinate and plan the preparation of Financial statements for Global Markets (EUAU/ASLA/NAR).
- Documentation: Ensure proper and robust documentation from SOX and internal controls perspective.
The ideal candidate should have excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate needs. They must be able to work effectively with multiple layers within an organization, particularly experience working with Finance COE teams.
