As a skilled project leader, you will oversee the execution of interior projects from planning to completion. This role involves ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and foster strong relationships.
  • Review design drawings and provide technical input and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Evaluate safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle to prevent risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise to maintain momentum.
  • Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement material management to streamline logistics.
  • Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles and deliver results-driven solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field to provide a solid foundation for this role.
  • 1-4 years experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, hospitality projects preferred) to demonstrate practical knowledge and skills.
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes to inform decision-making.
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools to leverage technology effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
