Job Title: Senior Design Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Design Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design coordination process, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

  1. Design Coordination: Responsibility includes reading drawings, commenting on consultant drawings, and value engineering from cost and safety parameters.
  2. Project Planning: Proficiency in handling AutoCAD drawings, including reading, writing, modifications, changes, etc.
  3. Team Collaboration: Closing interaction with internal teams, including PM, Contracts, Engineers, EHS, etc.

Requirements:

  • At least 10-12 years of experience in Construction Project Management for Real Estate sites.
  • Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
  • Application of Microsoft Project tool for scheduling and tracking.
  • Procurement related tasks, including review of Tender documents, preparation of query list for clarification on Tender documents & BOQ's.
