As a key player in the tech arena, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team of innovators. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in Ansible, Shell scripting, and Python to drive automation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Expertise: Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible, Shell scripts, and Python to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Scrum Agile Environment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Scrum Agile environment, utilizing JIRA to track progress and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Strong Ownership: Demonstrate strong ownership, communication skills, and ability to drive tasks independently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • BI Tool Architecture: Possess a strong understanding of BI tool architecture, preferably Tableau, to design and maintain efficient data visualization solutions.

Desirable Skills:

  • CICD Pipelines: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automation deployments, ensuring smooth integration and deployment of automated solutions.
  • Public Cloud Concepts: Familiarity with public cloud concepts and containerization to design and implement scalable and secure automation solutions.
  • Password Management System: Ability to incorporate password management systems, such as HashiCorp or CyberArk, and REST API-based workflows related to BI platforms into automation solutions.

Essential Skills:

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis of problems/incidents to identify business impact and root causes.
  • Application Debugging: Conduct application debugging and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Performance Tuning: Perform performance tuning to improve application performance and reliability.
  • COB Management: Manage Continuity of Business (COB) and other high availability efforts to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Incident Ownership: Provide ownership of major incidents or outages of critical systems.
  • Application Monitoring: Develop and maintain Application monitoring solutions to ensure real-time visibility and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • 15 years of full-time education
  • Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
