We are seeking an experienced .Net Application Support Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net Core, with expertise in C# and SQL DB.

In addition to technical skills, the successful applicant will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.

The role involves resolving technical issues, providing timely support and assistance to clients, and collaborating with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.

We offer a remote work environment, with full overlap with the US East coast. The successful candidate will be required to work 100% remotely, with flexible working hours that accommodate IST timings.

The desired candidate will also have knowledge of Angular and/or experience in the Capital Market domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving technical issues and providing timely support and assistance to client-facing employees and clients
  • Performing root cause analysis to identify reasons for underlying issues
  • Monitoring all alerts related to applications and providing proactive services
  • Coordinating with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues
  • Documenting troubleshooting guides and FAQs
  • Recommending ways to optimize business performance by presenting solutions to existing challenges
