Job Title: Enterprise Data Solutions Architect

As an experienced Data Governance Manager, you will play a key role in designing and managing enterprise data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This is a challenging opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in cloud data architecture, data warehousing, big data processing, and data integration to deliver scalable and secure data platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing end-to-end data solutions, defining data models, storage strategies, data ingestion and consumption frameworks, and implementing data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts using GCP services.

  • Design and implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks for cloud-based data platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable architectures.
  • Lead data migration and modernization initiatives from on-premise or other cloud platforms to GCP.
  • Optimize data workflows and query performance in the GCP environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in data architecture and engineering roles, with at least 3 years hands-on experience with GCP.
  • Strong expertise in GCP data services, including BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, and Data Catalog.
  • Proficient in data modeling, data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and big data processing frameworks.
