Lead Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technologist to lead our team of innovators in transforming the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical strategies and roadmaps to ensure alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of new technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading technology teams or projects, preferably in the construction or engineering industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Excellent technical skills, with expertise in areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things (IoT).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex technical data and make informed decisions.
