Interior Design Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Design Sales Professional, you will be responsible for preparing compelling design proposals, estimating project costs, and converting leads into clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 1–5 years of experience in interior design and client-facing sales roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare customized design proposals for pitch meetings, aligning with client preferences and project scope.
  • Create accurate project estimates based on approved design proposals.
  • Engage in client negotiations and drive project closures.
  • Act as the lead representative in client design meetings, ensuring a strong and confident presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless design and execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and client-facing sales roles
  • Proficient in preparing design proposals, estimates, and client presentations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value projects
  • Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and execution processes
