About the Role

The Project Control Manager will be responsible for managing project control activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working on oil and gas, refinery, and petrochemical projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  2. Budgeting and Cost Control: Establish and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on schedule and budget.
  4. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility into project progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 20-30 years of experience in project control, preferably in the oil and gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in project management software and tools.
