Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, implement and manage cloud infrastructure that powers high-traffic platforms.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability and security of cloud environments. This includes architecting and maintaining AWS environments, automating deployments and scaling, managing backups and disaster recovery, implementing security best practices and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.

We are looking for an experienced engineer who has a strong knowledge of AWS services and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Proficiency in Linux administration, networking and security is also required. Additionally, experience with CI/CD pipelines and excellent problem-solving skills are essential.

  • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services
  • Architect and maintain secure and reliable cloud environments
  • Automate deployments and scaling of cloud resources
  • Manage backups and disaster recovery processes
  • Implement security best practices across AWS services
  • Troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure issues

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on large-scale cloud projects and will be able to demonstrate their expertise in designing and implementing secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, Route 53)
  • Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
  • Skilled in Linux administration, networking and security
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
