Job Title: Commercial Interior Design 3D Visualiser

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and visualise commercial interior spaces using 3D models and renderings.

This role requires collaboration with interior designers and architects to understand project requirements and design concepts for commercial interior design and build.

You will contribute creative ideas regarding furniture, fixtures, materials, and lighting, and collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure cohesive and consistent design outputs, aligning with overall project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design detailed 3D models and photo-realistic renderings of commercial interior spaces.
  • Develop textures and materials that enhance the realism of 3D visualizations.
  • Revise and refine 3D models and renderings based on feedback from design teams and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D visualization and commercial interior design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Commercial Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a 3D Artist in the commercial interior design sector.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling and Enscape for rendering.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
