About the Role

We are seeking a talented content creator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for writing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate brand messages across various platforms effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with account managers and team members to discuss advertising briefs, understand client requirements, and brainstorm creative solutions.
  2. Write engaging and compelling social media copy, making engaging reels, long-form blogs, web content, scripts, print materials, OOH content, and other copywriting tasks as needed to align with the brand's tone and messaging.
  3. Assist in planning long-term brand strategies by creating copy that resonates with the target audience and drives desired business objectives.
  4. Contribute to planning digital marketing campaigns and promotions by conducting relevant market research, understanding consumer behavior, and creating persuasive copy to support campaign goals.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, English, or a related field.
  2. Strong writing skills with a flair for creativity and attention to detail.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Basic knowledge of content writing principles, content calendar insights, brand map, SEO best practices, and storytelling techniques.
  5. Understanding of how social media and its engagement works and experience crafting content for different social media platforms.
  6. Excellent research skills to gather relevant information and support content development.
  7. Previous experience as a writer, whether through internships, freelance work, or personal projects, is a plus.

The entire process is completed within 2 weeks. If you are a creative thinker with a passion for writing and a desire to learn and grow in the field of content creation, we want to hear from you. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience, agency and performance media preferred. Knowledge of Strategy, Research, Types of Campaigns, Google Adwords and Facebook Ads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail while delivering within timelines, able to work independently but is also a team player, knowledge of E-Commerce ads.
