Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will assist in financial planning, analysis and execution. Responsibilities include preparing detailed reports and reconciliations to support month-end and year-end closure activities. Ensure Balance Sheet Reconciliations are accurate and communicate effectively with various departments to research and close outstanding items. Perform and execute Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Payroll accounting transactions. Propose and implement correction General Ledger postings and collaborate with onsite teams to facilitate the month-end process.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge is essential.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry can be beneficial.
