Working on behalf of strategic university partners, you will put prospective students at the center of your approach, ensuring a connected experience from application to admission.
Contribute to effective service delivery by providing high-quality admissions support to applicants, agents, and academic decision makers, meeting deadlines and working flexibly.
This role requires tasks related to university admissions, such as initial checks on applications, minimum entry requirements, and data validation.
Main Responsibilities
Guide applicants through admissions policies and procedures, providing customer-oriented support.
Adhere to standard operating proceedings, protocols, and workflows, maintaining records for applicants according to University regulations.
Respond to queries from applicants, providing detailed information in accessible formats, and contact applicants to support their progress when required.
Undertake fee assessments and refer complex cases to supervisors, assist with background checks to ensure eligibility for studying at the University, and process application outcomes within agreed timeframes.
Prepare immigration documentation for international students, maintain student record systems according to regulations and protocols, and ensure accurate and timely record keeping using CRM and other systems.
Work with technology platforms to deliver duties, including CRM and Contact Centre, collaborate with University colleagues in a focused and professional manner, and stay updated on development and changes to external regulations and University requirements.
Engage with University stakeholders for feedback and training when required, evaluate student motivation, academic alignment, course knowledge, and post-study plans according to GTE/GS criteria, and conduct financial assessments, reviewing bank statements, loan letters, and sponsor documents to verify funds meet DHA cost-of-living and tuition benchmarks.
Flag high-risk applications based on source country, financials, and agent patterns, ensuring assessments align with SSVF and University risk policies, and support the University by representing them in fairs and events across India.
Essential Criteria
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to manage a varied workload independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria
Experience in EdTech or Education-related industries, or experience working or studying abroad.
