Territory Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate creditworthiness and intention to repay based on document analysis and personal discussions, ensuring timely adherence to guidelines.
  • Analyze legal and technical property reports to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Underwrite and sanction home loans or property-backed loans sourced by the sales team, maintaining high standards of service quality.
