Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Corporate Space Designer to contribute to the creation of innovative and functional office spaces.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $190,000 per year, based on experience.

Role Summary:

  • This role requires a highly skilled designer who can collaborate with the design leadership team to develop innovative design concepts for corporate interior spaces.
  • Prepare detailed and coordinated interior design drawings, including tender, construction, and as-built documentation.
  • Ensure that all design work meets our high standards, maintaining consistency in documentation, quality of work, and professional presentation.
  • Work closely with project teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure designs are executed seamlessly and meet project timelines and budgets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop design concepts that align with client needs and project goals.
  • Prepare detailed and coordinated interior design drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all stages.
  • Ensure that all design work meets the company's high standards, maintaining consistency in documentation, quality of work, and professional presentation.
  • Work closely with project teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure designs are executed seamlessly and meet project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of corporate interior design projects.
  • Strong design sensibility and technical proficiency in developing concepts from initial sketches through to full project implementation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop; ability to create detailed and accurate design drawings and 3D models.
  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and clients.
