Job Description:

About the role

We're seeking a skilled Junior Webflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience building responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow their Webflow expertise.

The Charter includes

  • Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, leveraging CMS, interactions, and animations
  • Implement basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality
  • Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life
  • Integrate forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools (Zapier, Segment, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Optimize websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts
  • Implement analytics tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel) and ensure data accuracy
  • Support A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures
  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel)
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Leadsquared, etc)
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
