Data Insights Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to drive business decisions and optimize performance.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of automated reports.
- Design, implement, and analyze experiments to maximize opportunities across channels.
- Identify top-performing customer segments for targeted marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for informed decision making.
- Monitor trends for performance and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on instrumentation and reporting standards.
- Create actionable dashboards and reports.
- Review data quality and provide guidance to stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc data requests.
- Stay current with industry tools and competitor strategies.
- Deliver scheduled and ad hoc reports highlighting business trends and market impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics or quantitative field.
- 3 years of experience with Tableau.
- Tableau Qualified Associate Certification preferred.
- Experience with SQL, Postgres, and RedShift a plus.
- High proficiency in Excel modeling, data mining, and scenario analysis.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work independently or collaboratively.
This role involves working with large datasets, analyzing trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions. Strong technical skills and ability to communicate complex information are essential.
