Job Title: Beauty Head

Role Overview:

The leader of our Beauty Department is responsible for driving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets in beauty, derma, and product categories.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and renewals are key to driving revenue growth.
  • Maintain high service standards with a client-centric approach.
  • Conduct consultations and resolve concerns efficiently.
  • Ensure timely execution and follow-ups on packages.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures, maintain hygiene, and ensure equipment upkeep.
  • Effectively manage stock levels and track product consumption.
  • Accurate documentation and system entries are crucial.
  • Lead and motivate the Beauty team through recruitment, training, and allocation of tasks.
  • Monitor performance, allocate work, and manage rosters.
  • Conduct regular meetings, share promotions, and address grievances.
  • Promote cross-functional growth by partnering with relevant teams.

Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge in skin & hair services is essential.
  • Sales-driven with a proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills are required.
  • Client-centric with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to handle shifts, relocations, and promotional duties.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience (with at least 2 years in a leadership role)
  • Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy / BDS + Cosmo
