Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. As a full-time on-site role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a bench of existing candidates placed on client projects, developing vendor relationships, recruiting consultants for projects, and fulfilling client staffing needs with personalized staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Submit consultant profiles to prime/tier 1 vendors.
  • Market bench consultants by posting/resumes on various job portals.
  • Coordinate with consultants, understand their skills, inform them about requirements, and submit as per their comfort.
  • Develop and maintain tier 1/prime vendor networks, ensuring consultants are placed within minimum turnaround time.
  • Update screenings and interviews with consultants and management.
  • Negotiate and confirm rates before submitting consultant CVs to vendors.
  • Handle post-interview aspects, including follow-up with vendors for interview feedback.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing and bench sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have worked primarily with tier 1/prime vendors.
  • Good understanding of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Knowledge of visa classification terms, rules, and policies (H1B, OPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD).
  • Results-oriented self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.
