SAP ABAP Migration Expert

Job Overview: We are seeking an accomplished SAP ABAP developer with extensive experience in migrating custom code from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP development, including optimizing code for modern SAP environments and aligning it with clean core principles.
- Lead and execute complex code migration projects from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, involving analysis, remediation, and optimization.
- Drive clean core initiatives by minimizing modifications to the digital core and leveraging extensibility via SAP BTP and in-app extensions.
- Develop scalable ABAP solutions utilizing ABAP Objects, CDS Views, AMDPs, OData, and other S/4HANA-specific technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough performance tuning, code reviews, and quality checks to ensure compliance with SAP best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on code migration and optimization.
- Proven track record of delivering successful SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations, with a keen understanding of SAP's clean core principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
