Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled project coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing project support and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities, including tracking, collecting, and publishing Service delivery SLAs, document management, planning, and project level critical data tracking.
  • Data collection from the team, consolidating that data, and providing summary reports for stakeholders with no compromise on accuracy.
  • Collection of information from various tools to update the project's records, project plans, maintaining document control for the Program, and tracking competency development of the team.
  • Analyze risks and maintain the Risk Log, as well as the Project change management process.
  • Publish reports on or ahead of time after internal reviews and approvals.
  • Organize meetings and track action items to closure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel advanced features, including VBA, formulas
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is a plus
