This role offers a unique opportunity to blend program management, stakeholder engagement, operations, and content coordination, working closely with faculty, industry partners, and academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and databases, generating reports and ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates, maintaining branding consistency.
  • Collaborate with IT and platform vendors to manage LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools, troubleshooting tech-related issues.
  • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments, recommending improvements based on participant and stakeholder input.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2+ years' experience in program/project management, preferably in education/outreach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools.
