Role Summary

The Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs. This includes creating comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation & Strategy:
  • Design and develop automated test frameworks for complex features and business workflows
  • Create efficient test data preparation and management strategies

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential issues
  • Conduct thorough integration and regression testing
  • Execute performance and load testing to ensure scalability

Collaboration & Process:

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the testability of new features
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium or Appium
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
