Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accountancy, finance, or information systems.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and validate facts, define gaps, and perform impact analyses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and work effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of industry-leading regulatory reporting tools, experience with data analysis and visualization, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
