We are reimagining Home Energy with our rooftop solar solutions, aiming to become India's #1 new age solar brand. We are expanding our finance team and seeking a Manager Finance / Asst.Manager Finance to work across finance, accounts, MIS, and treasury aspects.

Key Responsibilities –

  • Own key areas within finance functions (debtors, COGS & inventory, payables) and supervise weekly & monthly closing of books.
  • Prepare and present Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports, generating financial insights into treasury and financial performance.
  • Conduct P&L analysis reports by different verticals, providing key financial information and ratio analysis to top management.
  • Budgetary and Variance analysis for cost, sales, collection target, and GLs.
  • Implement IFC and other applicable requisites under statutory laws.
  • Assist in treasury functions such as cash management, fund transfers, and maintaining banking relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury and financial reporting.
  • Forecasting: Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes to support company financial planning.
  • Manage and maintain financial information systems and tools used for reporting and analysis.
  • Work extensively on ERP implementations and improvements.

Requirements:-

  • CA with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (2 to 3 years in startup) / Semi qualified, Bcom, Mcom with 6 to 8 years of experience (3 to 5 years in startup at managerial level).
  • Must have closed at least 2 Stat Audit, 2 to 3 Internal Audits and 1 end to end Due diligences/fund raising.
  • Must have managed 2 to 3 members team.
  • Strong biased for action, solution-oriented attitude and maturity to work under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working from office for at least 5 days a week.
