Job Title: Hospitality Liaison

The primary objective of a professional Front Desk Executive is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring visitors and clients have a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with a warm smile, conveying a sense of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage phone calls in a prompt and efficient manner, taking messages when necessary.
  • Maintain visitor records, attendance logs, and manage reception desk activities with precision.
  • Handle mail, couriers, and other communication materials with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments with various departments, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
  • Linguistic proficiency in Odia is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Work location: In-person collaboration is essential for this role.
