Job Description

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our Client team that is in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for using Tally ERP for financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting, as well as maintaining accurate accounting records and generating financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tally Software Proficiency:
    • Use Tally ERP to efficiently manage financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
    • Maintain accurate accounting records and generate financial statements.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:
    • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
    • Maintain accurate accounts payable records and reconcile vendor statements.
    • Manage customer accounts, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Bank Statement Reconciliation:
    • Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
    • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities.
    • Prepare bank reconciliation reports and provide analysis.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A qualified CA degree.
  • Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably with Tally software.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
