Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential and commercial construction, with proficiency in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and restoration.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction estimating to determine project costs and resource requirements.">
• Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.">
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.">
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.">
• Carry out concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as needed.">
• Engage in fabrication, fixture installation, and cabinet installation for diverse projects.">
• Conduct water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other restoration services.">
• Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites.">
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.">
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.">

Experience

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, woodworking, and related fields.">
• Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.">
• Proficiency in flooring installation, tile laying, siding, caulking, stucco application, metal stud framing, plumbing, masonry, remodeling, electrical work, and construction painting.">
• Experience with CNC machinery and assembly processes is a plus.">
• Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.">
