Job Overview:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative Creative Strategist to join our team at GoMarble. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating compelling ad creatives, a strong understanding of Meta's advertising platforms, and the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire creative workflow process, from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement innovative ad concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive performance through data-driven creative strategies.

Multi-Brand Management:

  • Effectively manage and execute creative projects for multiple brands simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the creative process.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Build and mentor a small team of young copywriters and designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a large e-commerce marketplace or a DTC Brand.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) with a focus on creating high-performing ad creatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent copywriting and design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences.
  • Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI tools for creative processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience mentoring creative professionals and driving business results.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to inform creative strategies and iterations, with a focus on delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
