Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Technical Compliance Manager.

The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring our products meet regulatory requirements and adhere to industry standards.

This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, develop testing strategies, and execute certification plans.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify product needs and develop test requirements proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international regulations, including DGCA Type Certification, CEMILAC, FAA, EASA, Green & Blue UAS, and third-party laboratory tests.
  • Work with external stakeholders, such as certification bodies, DGCA, and QCI, to ensure understanding of product environments and compliances.
  • Maintain accurate records of certifications, audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • B Tech/M Tech in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Technical Compliances, minimum 5 years in UAS industry.
  • Exceptional understanding and hands-on experience working with regulatory frameworks – National/International.
  • Proven experience with product testing, process analysis & certification activities.
