Job Title:

A skilled Architectural Interior Designer is sought to spearhead the creation of aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles, be proficient in relevant software, and have excellent communication skills.

  • This role involves conceptualizing and developing innovative designs that meet exacting project requirements, analyzing user needs, and presenting ideas through free-hand sketches.
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other disciplines, prepare construction drawings, and maintain the company's graphical standards for deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop interior spaces that balance aesthetics and functionality.
  2. Analyze user requirements and participate in research to inform design decisions.
  3. Present and express design ideas through various media.
  4. Work effectively as part of a team, coordinating with other disciplines.
  5. Prepare complete sets of construction drawings and documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience with strong technical competence.
  • Proficiency in primary software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with additional software like Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is an asset.
