Job Title: Visual Designer

The Guild, India's most progressive business-media platform, is seeking a visionary creative professional to lead our visual identity across multiple formats.

As a key member of our design team, you will own the development and implementation of our brand's visual language, building a cohesive look that drives engagement and sets us apart in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evolve the visual identity for The Guild across web, print, social, events, video, and emerging formats.
  • Define and implement the visual language for all properties, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand values.
  • Build and manage a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and achieve strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful visual identities that drive business results.
  • Expertise in creating engaging and effective visual content for various formats and channels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
