Job Title: Electrical Systems Director

Maintenance Leadership Role:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities for electrical systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity in plant operations.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, and automation systems to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure minimal breakdowns and maximum availability of machines and equipment.
  • Coordinate with production and other departments for seamless plant operations.

You will also maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

A strong leader with exceptional communication and team management skills, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems, and train and develop team members on new technologies and best practices.
