Chemical Engineer Role

About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer to drive innovation and excellence in our products.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the lubricants/engine oil industry, with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in chemical analysis, process development, and quality control.

  • Conduct thorough chemical analysis and technical physical property testing of materials and products.
  • Design and develop efficient production processes, leveraging your knowledge of chemical engineering principles.
  • Coordinate and perform various tests to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Analyze data to draw meaningful conclusions and inform senior management decisions.
  • Communicate research findings and results to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare daily reports detailing production progress, quality control metrics, and any notable trends or issues.
  • Lead quality control initiatives to maintain the highest standards of product quality.
  • Develop innovative formulas that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining laboratory testing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
