Head of Financial Data Integration

The objective of this role is to guarantee precise and transparent financial reporting across subsidiaries worldwide. This entails conducting thorough financial analysis, reviewing financial performance, driving improvements in overall reporting quality and uniformity, and spearheading the end-to-end consolidation process.
- Lead the group's financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial data.
- Analyze financial performance by conducting comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, trend analysis, etc.
- Drive enhancements in overall reporting quality, timeliness, and uniform accounting across all entities through detailed review of entity-level MIS, defining and monitoring effective implementation of monthly closing process / closing checklist / group accounting policies / SOPs.
This role requires collaboration with Group auditors, YRC Consolidation team, Finance controllers of respective entities to promote transparency, trust, and credibility on the consolidation and reporting process.
Key qualifications include 10+ years of post-qualification experience in relevant background, SAP, Accounting and Reporting, MS Office, and advanced MS Excel skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Ind AS / IFRS reporting and be able to lead a Center of Excellence for IFRS standards, guiding entities in complex accounting issues and statutory audits.
